Free DIY Cactus Craft Directions
When I was a kid, Crayola was known primarily for making the most colorful crayons on the planet. Today's children are so much luckier than I was because the brand is still making those iconic crayons as well offering a seemingly endless collection of craft materials that are insanely simple for crafty kids to use.
Since MBE loves sharing Crayola DIY Crafts, here's an easy, fun and colorful crafting idea to perk up your desk or kitchen counter this summer: make the Cactus Desk Organizer pictured using Crayola Model Magic air drying non-toxic modeling compound. Boys and girls will also appreciate the secret compartment to hide their treasures, too. Model Magic is inexpensive and widely available online and at stores nationwide in an assortment of colors, it is also paintable once it air dries.
For this craft younger kids will, of course, need adult supervision and a bit of help to get started. But I also think tweens, teens and craft loving grownups will enjoy letting their creativity go wild while dreaming up their own versions of this craft idea.
