What fun we had on Saturday night at the party I hosted to help spread the word about the #LuvRitzSweepstakes which is a fun giveaway running through 1/31/16 in partnership with Southwest Airlines and Ritz Crackers.
How to Enter the Sweepstakes
The contest gives you the opportunity to vote for your favorite recipe made with Ritz Crackers -- like the gorgeous cheesecake you see here which I made using Ritz Crackers, macadamian nuts and brown sugar to create a super delicious and crunchy crust -- plus YOU get the chance to enter to WIN $5,000 in Southwest Airlines giftcards. To enter all you have to do is Tweet or Instagram with the hashtag #LuvRitzSweepstakes saying where you want to go and how you enjoy Ritz Crackers. For example: "I want to go to Los Angeles for the holidays and enjoy Ritz Mini Tostada Appetizers #LuvRitzSweepstakes."

During the casual evening I served cold drinks, fresh fruit and my original California Mini Tostada Appetizers and Jamaica Coconut Pineapple Cheesecake creations, these were inspired by my home airport of Los Angeles and dream destination of Montego Bay, Jamaica. In keeping with the travel theme, party goers were also treated to pretzels and peanuts provided by Southwest Airlines.
MBE's followers were kept updated on the party festivities and good food live via Twitter, Facebook and Instagram. If you missed last night's posts, you'll see many of the images shared on social media throughout this story.
