Like so many of you I've been waiting for this release for what seems like years. In fact I'm counting down the days until Star Wars: The Force Awakens makes its big screen theaterical debut in theaters nationwide on December 18, 2015.
Tonight the brand new Star Wars: The Force Awakens trailer premiered on ESPN's Monday Night Football during halftime of the NFL game between the New York Giants and the Philadelphis Eagles in Philadelphia.

Star Wars: The Force Awakens stars new and old A-listers including Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill, Carrie Fisher, Adam Driver, Daisy Ridley, John Boyega, Oscar Isaac, Lupita Nyong’o, Andy Serkis, Domhnall Gleeson, Anthony Daniels, Peter Mayhew and Max Von Sydow. Kathleen Kennedy, J.J. Abrams and Bryan Burk are producing with Tommy Harper and Jason McGatlin serving as executive producers. The screenplay is by Lawrence Kasdan & J.J. Abrams and Michael Arndt. From Lucasfilm and directed by legendary J.J. Abrams.
