GreenPan Eco-Friendly Pan
Reacting to consumer concerns over pots, pans and other cookware made with toxic materials GreenPan launched a new product concept in 2007. Today, the company offers an extensive line of cookware, bakeware and small electrical appliances that are eco-friendly and free of harmful chemicals such as PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene), PFOA (Perflueoroctoanoic acid also known as C8) and lead.

I've owned a GreenPan Signature Edition Fry Pan for more than a year and cook with it often including when developing new recipes like Talapia Mexican Fiesta for this blog. So I have first-hand experience cooking with this quality product designed in Belgium which features a truly nonstick surface. What's more is that all the company's offerings are manufactured from 100 percent up-cycled aluminum and steel which is really important to me since I'm striving to attain as green a lifestyle as possible for my family.
