As we approach Mother's Day this Sunday, I'm imagining most of us who are blessed to have a living mommy think our mother rocks our world -- even though many of us, myself included, are mothers of children ourselves. You know what makes my mom special, the best in the whole wide world? I'm a Baby Boomer and she has been there for me since the day I was born 50+ years ago. I have especially fond memories of all the really fun birthday parties she made for me and my sister who's birthday is just a week before mine.
